CNC Milling

Multi-point cutting for refining and finishing.

At Midwest Screw Products, Inc. we primarily use CNC mills as part of secondary operations. Our computerized mills consist of multi-point cutting tools milling the part to finished size.. These cutting tools are typically used to cut counterbores, drill and tap holes, and perform multiple machining.

Several of our CNC Mills have pallet changer systems where the operator can unload a finished batch and load a new batch of parts. This occurs while the machine is running on a separate load and can decrease downtime between loads making production more efficient.

CNC mills allow our team to automate a variety of drill press like operations and do them in a single run. This efficiency can help get our customers their part faster while still exceeding precision standards.
