Midwest Screw Products, Inc. is a family owned and operated full service machine shop. We have over 20,000 sq. ft. of environmentally controlled manufacturing space where each job is run with precision.

We work with our customers to create a long term relationship. Our team will take on parts other shops won’t touch as we’re not afraid of a challenge. We work with every customer to find the right method of production to manufacture the customers product.

History of Midwest Screw Products, Inc.

Formed as a partnership between Theron Horn and Tom McKrell in 1972, Midwest Screw Products, Inc. has been operating out of the Minneapolis/St. Paul area for over 50 years. They started small by renting space in another shop. This changed quickly as they outgrew that location and purchased permanent space on 48th North Avenue in Brooklyn Center, where the business now stands.

Throughout the years they bought more space, adding CNC milling machines, lathes and other production equipment. In 1989 Theron became sole owner of the company, bringing his son Steve onboard to help.

Since 1996, Steve has run the company as President and has expanded towards CNC Lathes/Mills and Swiss increasing our capabilities for our growing customer needs.
